Hello! Hvordan går din dag?
This morning I chose to make myself do a speed session – the same one I did last Tuesday. I’m still figuring out my training schedule and it’s hard when I race so much because my legs are very exhausted in between, but I still need to get it together (or race less, which I’m not considering best now today).

Luckily, this good lil man on a bike told me “Good job!!” as he rode past me in the opposite direction. It made me pleased I chose to push it today.
I also pushed my heel into my ankle though…
Yesterday my mother and I walked the dogs with my favorite tiny person. We were trying to get her to take a nap, but she was too distracted by the world.
Seriously though, there was a stand-off near our walking route and the helicopter was hovering down making loud announcements the whole time.
All that walking/excitement required a snack. I went with my favorite way to eat avocado…
Then, I made dinner for my fam. I purchased sweet potato curly fries for my mother and raided her fridge for the rest of the meal. But, I did make everything so we’ll split credit report for the meal
Everyone was really pleased with it, which is awesome because a lot of time I try to make things too healthy and then it’s less-than-awesome.
Finally the baby fell asleep so I hung out by her while everyone else did their thing. and I distracted myself with Instagram and selfies. #classy
Dessert! My mother only had vanilla ice cream, but I made it chocolate chip cookie ice cream by adding crushed up well-known Amos cookies. Do it to it.
Question: Potato fries or sweet potato fries?
What’s for dessert?
I actually choose regular potato fries (or waffle fries) for my french fries, but sweet potato instead of a regular baked potato…
